Digital Product Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for eBooks or other downloadable content once the purchase is completed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement

• The wrong product was delivered

Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and include proof of purchase.
