Here's what actually changes

By Day 21, you'll have clarity.

By the end you won't have a perfect master plan — that's not what this is for. But you'll have something more valuable: real clarity about what you want and a roadmap you built yourself.

01
You'll stop second-guessing everything

Right now, making decisions feels difficult because you don't have a clear enough sense of what you actually want. By the end of this challenge, you will. And decisions that used to feel impossible will start to feel like the right ones.

02
You'll stop living on autopilot and start making decisions that actually feel like you

Most of us are chasing a version of success we never consciously chose. This challenge is the first time you'll sit down, strip all of that back, and figure out what you actually want. That's the turning point.

03
You'll go from "I don't know where to start" to actually starting

Not just feeling motivated for a week. Actually moving — with a direction, a plan, and enough self-knowledge to trust it. That's what 21 days of the right questions does.

Why I created Unstuck

Built from experience, because I've been where you are.

When I quit my job I felt lost and with no clear direction of what I wanted next. Just this uncomfortable feeling that something needed to change — and no idea what that even looked like.

What followed was messy and uncertain, but also one of the most clarifying periods of my life. I started doing the inner work: questioning the beliefs I'd built my decisions around, paying attention to what actually gave me energy, testing small things. And slowly, things started to get clearer and to make sense.

When I started talking about it online, I realised I wasn't alone. I had over 40 conversations with women going through the same thing. So I took everything that worked for me — the mindset shifts, the exercises, the daily practice of showing up for myself — and I built this challenge around it. It worked for me. And if you commit to it, it will work for you too.

Real conversations before this challenge existed

Women in different careers, cities, and life situations. All saying the same thing. And it's exactly why this challenge was built.

🎓 Harvard Business School

People who take time to reflect on their experiences learn significantly more and perform better than those who just keep doing without pausing. Slowing down isn't wasted time — it's how progress actually happens.

🔬 Stanford — BJ Fogg, Tiny Habits

Small, consistent actions create more lasting change than big dramatic ones. That's not just good advice — it's the entire design logic behind this challenge. One thing. Every day. In the right order.

How it works

Four phases. Each one takes you a step further.

01
Days 1–5
Reset & Recenter

Slow down and reduce the internal pressure that makes clear thinking almost impossible.

02
Days 6–10
Rethinking the Rules

Question the beliefs that have been running your decisions. Uncomfortable, yes — but you'll start noticing the shift.

03
Days 11–16
Real-Life Testing

Stop thinking, start testing. Small experiments that give you real information no amount of journaling ever could.

04
Days 17–21
Define What's Next

Use everything you've gathered to choose a direction and build a focused, honest plan for your next chapter.

Is this for you?

Honest answer: it's not for everyone.

This is for you if…

You've been feeling stuck for a while and every time you try to figure it out, you end up more confused than when you started

You know something needs to change — maybe your job, lifestyle, or direction — but you just can't figure out what or where to begin

You're tired of going in circles and you're ready to actually do something about it, even if you don't have it all figured out yet

This is not for you if…

You're looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do with your life — this gives you the tools to figure that out yourself

You want a quick fix or a magic solution — this is 21 days of real, honest work and it asks you to show up for it

You're not ready to be honest with yourself — because that's the whole foundation of why this works

FAQ

A few things you might be wondering

How much time does this take each day? +
Most days take about 15–20 minutes. A couple of the deeper exercises toward the end might take up to 30. The point is it's manageable — just protect a consistent slot that's yours, and you're good.
What if I miss a day? +
Just pick up where you left off. That's it. There's no failing this. The only way it doesn't work is if you stop entirely — so don't stop.
Do I need to know what I want before I start? +
Absolutely not. This challenge is designed for the moment before the clarity arrives. Not knowing what you want is exactly the starting point. That's the whole point.
When does it start? +
Your Day 1 email lands the morning after you sign up. No fixed dates, no cohorts, no waiting. Start whenever you're ready.
Is this only for people who want to quit their job? +
Not at all. It's for anyone who feels like something needs to shift — in their career, their lifestyle, their priorities, or all of the above. You don't need to be planning anything dramatic. You just need that feeling that something isn't quite right anymore.
How is this different from a course or a PDF? +
It's a daily challenge delivered straight to your inbox — one email, every morning, for 21 days. No platforms to log into, no videos to watch, no PDF sitting unopened in your downloads. It meets you where you already are, every day, and asks you to do one small thing. That's what actually creates change.
Let's go

Your next chapter starts
with one decision.

Still on the fence? Ask yourself: if nothing changes in the next 3 months, how will that feel? If the answer makes you uncomfortable — you’re ready.
